Of all the cons in the Phillipines, Komikon for me is the best. Kasi it's best of ALL worlds din. Hindi yung puro Japanese manga na lang or anime or American comics palagi. Local comics din! Mas masaya din ang Komikon and dun mo talaga makikita ang mga real people na really into comics.. Lalo na pag nasa UP ang event! Dinadagsa talaga!

More Komikons to come! Wooh!

I'd prefer Komikon in Megamall, lalo na ngaung naexperience namin ang kakatapos lang na Komikon 09.

Last year, umatend din kami pero we have to rent a van kasi taga-Cavite kami at mapapamahal sa pamasahe pag nagcommute (beside di namin alam panu pumunta ng UP). Tapos pagdating sa venue sa UP...siksikan, mainit, walang malugaran. Medyo nakakadisappoint.

For this year, we had a total blast. The venue was accessible, spacious, at higit sa lahat, MALAMIG. Sobrang komportable ang naging experience namin sa Komikon 09~

I hope na sana ung Summer Fiesta sa Megamall na din (kung may Summer Fiesta man)

Komikon sa Megamall. Twice a year. Both on a Saturday. Why Saturday? Well, most of the "students" didnt have the permission to go coz it was a Sunday (coz its supposed to be a family day). If it was on a Saturday, they could drop by after school. Or make school an excuse. Hehehehe.

Salamat Komikon!

I'd prefer a two-day event. Para the first day you can browse the loot and maybe reserve some of your favorites tapos the next day easy shopping nalang. Tapos if people enjoyed the first day they can tell their friends to go the following day. Tapos isahan nalang ang contests, pwedeng mas mahirap, para mas competitive ang dating. Less hassle rin yata ang setup at scheduling pag-consecutive yung days.

Twice a year - we need more Komikon. As in yung nakafocus sa Pinoy komiks
